Today is Christmas Eve! Had a IDG prize presentation during lunch hours, it is similar to IHG or IFG in university days. My team won 3rd for Mixed Netball and won $5 NTUC voucher and free lunch~ lolz.
After that is a mini-celebration, Esther brought her champagne over and we have a small slip each to celebrate Xmas! Merry Christmas! =)
It’s a festive season! A ad-hoc Xmas Celebration with my colleagues. A great night with good food at Ooster – Mussels in white wine and Pork knuckle! Fun playing with big and small fish and of course the secret digging Truth or Dare! And not forgetting the fake lucky draw game! Kudos to the organisers(oops, it happen one of them is me)! =p
This is just a causal friday dinner after work. Went to Dempsey Hill for the food and ambience. Tried out Jones the Grocer and Barracks, the food ok nia.. but ambience is good la.. Most importantly is the crowd. Had a good chit chat sessions with my colleagues. A great nite~
Patrick and I took off on the same day. Went to dentist early in the morning, followed by brunch at amk market. Wanna to go swim and suntan but the weather don’t allow us to do so, so we went to orchard to shop first. Bought myself a Kenneth Cole watch at only $12! Because I used the vouchers I have won! lolz. Next we went to Novena Square’s Lao Beijing to had our tea break, eat dim sum buffet. This is the first time I eat xiao long bao till I scare. lolz
It is another year of celebrating Xmas with 24s! Always feel special on this day. Went to Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant at Vivocity. The food is awesome! pork knuckle and sausage with a German beer. You can’t resist the food! The more fun part come from gift exchange, as usual, there is more-popular and least-popular gift to get from. It is all depends on luck! lolz.
This is not the IDG games, but rather a just-for-fun sports for us! Best of all, it is free! Free games, free food! So we just head down to the Civil Servants Club to let our hair down and relax and have fun on that day!
Wow wow! Our department is full of bowling talents! Especially Esther, really pro! 5 strike in a row! petty cool!
This is the first time I ran a Marathon. The 42km is really not a joke. For the first 21km, it is still endurable and able to maintain a steady speed. It was until after that, you will start to feel the pain in all your muscle and every movement of yours start to be a torturing thing. The technique of running a Marathon is not about how good your stamina is, but rather how good you are at enduring your pain. And in the end, I completed my first Marathon! Hooray! Good run!
This is consider the Dept year-end party, the first and last to celebrate together as CCS and ATS after our department has split into 2. Had a great night to start off with Treasure hunt game at parkway parade! Kinda of fun walking to find things appear in the photos! After that is buffet time, but most of the time we spent on taking photos! cam whoring! lolz.. Fun nite!
It is intend to be a surprise party, but it turn out not to be so surprise at all. haha. But still, with the cooperation of my colleagues, it is a good birthday celebration for Jaysen afterall. Happy Birthday Jaysen!
